Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rainiermachinery.com and any request you submit to Rainier Machinery ("we," "us"). By using the site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Listings, specs, and pricing

We sell used piggyback and truck-mounted forklifts. We work to keep listing details, specifications, hours, photos, availability, and pricing accurate and up to date, but this information is provided for general reference and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by us in writing, and a unit may be sold or removed at any time.

Prices shown are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping, applicable taxes, or fees unless stated. Any quote we provide is an estimate until confirmed in a written agreement.

Quotes, offers, and orders

Submitting a form (contact, quote, or "Sell Your Forklift") is a request, not a binding contract. A sale, purchase, or shipment is only formed when we confirm the specific terms with you in writing. We may decline or cancel any request at our discretion, including for pricing errors, availability, or inability to verify information.

Inspections and condition

Our machines are used equipment. We inspect the units we sell and describe them as accurately as we reasonably can, including known conditions. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, used equipment is sold "as-is," and we encourage buyers to inspect or arrange an inspection before purchase. Photos are representative of the specific unit where noted.

Shipping and transport

We can arrange or quote shipping across the continental U.S. Freight timelines are estimates and depend on carriers and factors outside our control. Risk of loss and responsibility for the equipment transfer as set out in your written agreement.

Communications and text messaging

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and text message about your request, including by automated means. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts or calls is not a condition of any purchase. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, access it through automated means without permission, submit false or fraudulent information, or use it in violation of any law.

Intellectual property

The site, including its text, design, graphics, and logos, is owned by Rainier Machinery or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Disclaimers

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
